Scott Rettberg founded American Well Technology in 2016 while working in Bakersfield, CA. Oil & Gas industry in applied lubricant technologies for drilling and equipment applications. During this time, he developed alternative application theories dedicated to improving performance and longevity of various Artificial Lift Systems which began a multi-year period of R&D, product formulations, application methods, and field trials. Upon successful and repeatable results, Mr. Rettberg authored several patents in the space with two patents awarded at this time.
His background includes investments and project leader in a variety of private and public business models including mobilized plasma arc waste-to-energy, solar manufacturing, and printing and packaging manufacturing.
